Every frame built at Maximum is assembled in a CAD designed, CNC machined fixture. All tubing used is DOM (drawn over mandrel, with no seams). All of the welding is done in the fixture using T.I.G. only. The frame is stress relieved before being taken out of the fixture to ensure perfect fitment and strength.
There are up to 18 gussets added throughout the frame to insure your safety. All frames come with CNC engraved serial number, and a signed and stamped MSO (manufacturer's statement of origin). We ship worldwide and include a engineering letter where needed.
We always have bobber frames on the shelf to insure quick delivery times.
All frames are available in any stretch and rake, variety of tire sizes and transmission configurations.
